Where Might You Serve?
Sacred Service takes many forms. Here are a few of the ways you can offer your gifts:
SERVICE/EVENT HOST
Event Hosts are the warm face of Unity of Fort Lauderdale - welcoming guests, helping with seating and accessibility, and sharing info on schedules, tithing, and our app. They set up and break down the space with care, then stay present to support the flow of the service from open to close.
PLATFORM ASSISTANT
Platform Assistants keep our services flowing - making announcements, reading the Daily Word, directing the offering, and supporting speakers before, during, and after they're on stage. They also help create a sacred atmosphere and give newcomers a warm, personal welcome into our commUnity.
prayer chaplain
Prayer Chaplains serve as a loving conduit for Spirit - holding sacred space, praying with our commUnity, and offering wellness calls and confidential support to those in need. Through the High Watch, daily prayer, and heartfelt listening, they are the conscious, intentional consciousness (Energy, Vibration, and Frequency) of our commUnity.
